Position 1: Officer II Property Management

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing or Supplies Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable position.

Responsibilities: This role involves the preparation, administration, and filing of various bank contracts, as well as managing store-related activities.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Officer Property Management

Qualifications/Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years at Officer level II/III or equivalent.

Responsibilities: The officer will be responsible for administering and filing various bank contracts, controlling fixed assets, facilitating office rent contractual agreements, and managing store-related activities.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Senior Officer, Performance Management

Educational:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

At least 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years at Officer level I or equivalent.

Responsibilities: This position involves monitoring activities related to the bank’s performance management goals, with a focus on creating a high-performance culture.

Location: Addis Ababa
