Position 1: Electrician

Qualifications:

TVET graduate in Electricity

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth functioning of services such as lighting, heating, and ventilation.

Manage power generation, transmission, and distribution.

Install, upkeep, and troubleshoot electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

Interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

Conduct regular electrical maintenance.

Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

Follow National Electrical Code and local building regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position 2: Principal Officer, Loan Review

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Sc.).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as a Senior Officer at a professional/expert level.

Responsibilities:

Prepare plans and reports for the Loan Review section.

Assess, identify, measure, and monitor potential and actual credit risks.

Review and classify loans and advances according to regulatory standards.

Analyze the risk exposure of the credit portfolio.

Prepare summary reports and recommend prudential measures.

Ensure compliance with NBE Directives and the bank’s policies.

Supervise, coach, and lead subordinate staff.

Contribute to strategic initiatives for integrated operational risk management.

Position 3: Manager, Banking Center

Education:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience, with at least 2 years as a Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the functions of the assigned Banking Center.

Ensure the effective operation of the Banking Center and achievement of the Bank’s strategy.

Manage financial targets, including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, and FX generation.

Position 4: Customer Service Officer – I

Job Description:

• The primary objective of this role is to serve clients, handle financial transactions, promote the financial institution’s products and services, acquire new customers, open and maintain customer accounts, and manage customer relations. The incumbent is expected to ensure customer satisfaction with utmost care, adhering to the policies and procedures of the bank.

Job Requirements:

Educational:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

At least one year of pertinent experience is required.

Location: Dire Dawa

Position 5: Customer Service Officer – I

Job Description:

• This position shares the same goal as described for Position 1, involving serving clients, processing transactions, promoting products and services, acquiring new customers, and managing customer accounts and relations. The emphasis is on ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Educational:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or associated fields.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of relevant experience.

Location: Harari

Position 6: Customer Service Officer III – Accounts

Job Description:

• The incumbent in this role is responsible for serving clients, managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting the financial institution’s products and services, acquiring new customers, and handling account-related activities and transactions as per the bank’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications/Skills:

Educational:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Minimum Work Experience:

• At least four years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years at the CSO I/II level or equivalent.
