Position 1: Human Resource Management Officer
- Qualifications: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or other Business-related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as a Junior Human Resource Officer.

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 3/5 years of experience respectively, with at least 2 years as a Training and Development Officer.

Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 6/8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer or Team Leader in the Training and Development sector.

Position 4: Senior Banking Business Officer
- Qualifications: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of banking operations experience, with at least 2 years as a Branch Banking Officer.
- Location: Dire Dawa and Chiro
Position 5: Corporate Customer Relationship Manager
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years of banking experience respectively, including 2 years in Financing & Investment (Credit). Knowledge of IFB is an advantage.

Position 6: Branch Manager
- Qualifications: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of banking operations experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer/Customer Service Manager or equivalent role in branch banking.
- Location: Sebeta
Position 7: Digital Financing Officer
- Qualifications: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in digital financing or digital lending.
- Location: Head Office
Position 8: Senior Digital Financing Officer
- Qualifications: M.A or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 3/5 years of banking experience respectively, with at least 2 years in digital financing or digital lending.
- Location: Head Office
Position 9: Principal Corporate Banking Officer
- Qualifications: M.A or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years of banking experience respectively, including 1 year as a Senior Resource Mobilization Officer, Customer Service Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or Branch Manager. Knowledge of IFB is an advantage.

Position 10: Senior Trade Finance Officer
- Qualifications: M.A or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years of banking experience respectively, with at least 2 years as a Trade Finance Officer in international banking.
