Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with supervision responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, E-commerce, and online marketing preferred Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office
Position 2: Full Stack Developer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with expertise in Java programming, API development, and database management (Oracle, SQL) Location: Head Office
Position 3: UI/UX and Design Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills; proficiency in Figma Location: Head Office
Position 4: Senior Product Management Officer
Qualifications:
- MA/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management within banking or financial services
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills Location: Head Office
Position 5: Senior Banking Business Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years as a branch banking officer
- Competencies in branch operations, sales, customer experience, and IFB product knowledge Location: Diredawa, Jigjiga, Chiro
