Available Positions:

Position 1: Digital Finance Services Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MA/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology.
  • 8/6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, product development, digital finance, technology for development, and/or payments platforms.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role within digital financial services.
  • Experience in developing digital finance services strategies, managing business processes, and implementing DFS projects.
  • Proficiency in conducting customer-centric research to drive digital finance adoption and usage.
  • Leadership skills to manage assignments and teams with minimal supervision.

Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office

Position 2: Digital Service Project Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MA/BA in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6/8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in digital projects within the technology or financial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
