Position 1: Digital Finance Services Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- MA/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology.
- 8/6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, product development, digital finance, technology for development, and/or payments platforms.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role within digital financial services.
- Experience in developing digital finance services strategies, managing business processes, and implementing DFS projects.
- Proficiency in conducting customer-centric research to drive digital finance adoption and usage.
- Leadership skills to manage assignments and teams with minimal supervision.
Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office
Position 2: Digital Service Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- MA/BA in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6/8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in digital projects within the technology or financial sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
