- Minimum of 1 year experience in banking operations.

Position 2: Senior Banking Business Officer

- 3 years of banking operations experience, with at least 2 years in a branch banking officer role.

- Customer experience enhancement.
- In-depth understanding of IFB products.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
- 5 years of banking operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior officer or customer service manager role.

- Problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Internal controls and effective communication.

- Familiarity with core banking systems.
