Position 1: Senior Digital Service Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with a minimum of 3/5 years of banking experience, respectively, including 2 years as a digital banking officer. Location: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Digital Operations Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with a minimum of 3/5 years of banking experience, respectively, including 2 years as a digital banking officer. Location: Head Office
Position 3: Administrative Assistance
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.A Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Management, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in office administration procedures and programs.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational capabilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Proficient in independent work and management of complex clerical tasks.
