Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and more.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and collect feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and collaborate with various departments to align goals.
- Develop strategic plans to drive business sales growth, analyze data, and create action plans based on statistical insights.
- Establish customer pricing structures and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and assess risks to provide recommendations based on business analyses.

- Innovate new methods to simplify production processes.
- Enhance productivity, assure quality, and reduce costs by applying lean principles.
- Design production layouts and oversee implementation to improve efficiency.
- Conduct Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis after NPI production.
- Deploy continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge in industrial engineering.
- Proficient computer skills.
