Position 1: Resource Development & Management Specialist
Job Requirements:
Required Professional Experience:
Demonstrated field-based experience of at least 5 years in grant acquisition and management, including engagements with USG, UN agencies, and EU funding processes.
Proficiency in project concept and proposal writing to a high standard.
Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of refining and editing professional content.

Required Education, Training, License, Registration, and Certification:

Completion of Hostile Environmental Awareness Training or another recognized personal security course (preferred).
Additional professional qualifications in MEAL, IM, etc., are advantageous.

Position 2: SPIR II Microfinance and IGA Officer
Job Requirements:
Required Professional Experience:
5 years of related work experience for BA and 3 years for MA/MSc in supporting the design and implementation of Agriculture or value chain development projects.
Experience in both private and NGO sectors.
Required Education, Training, License, Registration, and Certification:
B.A. or M.A. Degree in relevant fields: Finance, Business, International Development, Economics/Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Cooperative Development, or other relevant fields.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:
Experience in needs assessments, baseline surveys, program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.
Expertise in loan product design, collaborating with MFIs, capacity building, extension service, and innovation in financial inclusion for the poor.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Afan Oromo and Amharic.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
Experience using Savix MIS and VSLA/VESA methodology.
Strong network among organizations relevant to microfinance and financial inclusion.
Position 3: Area Program Coordinator
Job Requirements:
Required Education, Training, License, Registration, and Certification:
BA/BSc Degree in Development Studies. An advanced degree in Social Sciences related to development work, HEA, and advocacy is preferred. A master’s degree is advantageous.
Required Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing, planning, implementing, supervising, and reporting on integrated development, emergency, and advocacy projects. At least 2 years in managing complex grants and programs/projects, with significant experience in overseeing large multi-year programs.
Experience in insecure and hostile environments with complex conflict-driven IDP influx, safety and security management, etc.
