Position 1: TSFP Facilitator (JR34389) – WFP


Job Description:

  • Uphold the dignity of beneficiaries and community members at all times.
  • Oversee the daily operations of outreach workers, crowd controllers, community mobilizers, and food distributors at the field level.
  • Develop distribution plans, manage dispatch requests, and ensure proper food storage at FDC levels until distribution.
  • Facilitate screening, verify, and compile screening data.

Required Experience:

  • At least three years of experience with NGOs in TSFP/BSFP programs.
  • Experience in community-based nutrition interventions, preferably in emergency settings.
  • Knowledge of current nutrition and food security trends.
  • Familiarity with national/international CMAM protocols and BSFP programming is advantageous.
  • Experience in training and workshops facilitation.

Required Education and Certification:

  • BSc degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • Certificates in TSFP/BSFP Training and Revised 2019 IMAM guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in TSFP/BSFP and SAM management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, handle stress, and adapt to challenging conditions.

Position 2: Social Worker


Job Description:

  • Lead case management for children, youth, and women affected by conflict.
  • Collaborate with local government and other stakeholders to ensure effective psychosocial support.
  • Manage casework and deliver psychological and psychosocial services.
  • Apply evidence-based practices and understand mental health systems and referral pathways.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in child protection in emergency contexts.
  • Proven ability to design and implement psychosocial training programs.
  • Knowledge of international guidelines and standards for mental health and psychosocial services.
  • Experience with Gender-Based Violence programming is a plus.

Required Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Awareness of community-based protection mechanisms and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).

Preferred Skills:

Job Description:

  • Monitor food aid resources in JEOP operational warehouses to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct monthly warehouse inspections and inventory checks.
  • Assist in managing food aid resources and ensure proper filing systems in warehouses.

Required Qualifications:

  • MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Development Studies, Agriculture, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Technical training in compliance and accountability in food resource management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in food assistance projects.
  • Computer literacy.

Position 4: WASH Officer


Required Experience:

  • BSc in Water Resource Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience with an MSc or 4 years with a BSc in WASH projects within international NGOs or similar organizations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, WaterCAD, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

Required Education and Certification:

  • Relevant training in Humanitarian Accountability Principles, Sphere, WHO water quality guidelines, and project management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in community engagement, emergency WASH activities, and computer skills.
