Position: HR Consultant (Organizational Alignment)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- An advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a relevant field. Alternatively, a first-level university degree with additional years of related experience or relevant training/courses is acceptable.
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in HR Management, Organizational Design, and Talent Acquisition.
- At least two years of experience managing high volumes of recruitment with proven project delivery success.
- Strong project management and HR operational skills.
- Experience leading small, diverse teams.
- Experience with WFP and/or other UN agencies is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in organizational restructuring and recruitment.
- Proficient in people management, leadership, change management, and project management.
- Capable of building credibility quickly with stakeholders.
- Strong ability to collaborate within a diverse team, with cultural sensitivity and business partnership skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a flexible, constructive approach.
- Skilled in drafting clear, concise reports to inform HR decisions.
- Strong communication skills, able to persuade, influence, and adapt to varying situations and audiences.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple requests and prioritizing effectively.
- International HR experience is an asset.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English (level C) is required.
