Job Purpose:

The incumbent will support the bank’s entrepreneurial initiatives through a deep understanding of digital technology trends and customer-driven innovation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Obtain a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely aligned field.
Three (3) years of relevant work experience, including one year in a similar role.
Specialized expertise in digital technology within the banking sector.
Proficiency in strategic trend recognition and customer-driven innovation.

Position 2: Digital Marketing Innovation Officer-I
Job Purpose:
This role aims to utilize digital technologies innovatively, preparing digital marketing platforms and ensuring the effective promotion of digital services through website analytics tools.
Job Requirement:
B.A. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, or a related field.
Three (3) years of relevant work experience, including one year as a Digital Marketing Innovation Officer or in a similar capacity.
Expertise in digital technology, marketing, entrepreneurship, and strategic development.
Specialized experience in digital technology within the banking sector.

Position 3: Sr. Payment System Officer
Job Purpose:
To enhance the bank’s operational efficiency and effectiveness by developing and managing technology-driven card banking services based on business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience, including one year in an officer role.

Position 4: Branch Manager III
Job Purpose:
To contribute to the sustainable growth and profitability of the bank by cross-selling products, marketing new offerings, acquiring and retaining customers, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency at the branch level.
Qualifications and Experience:
Obtain a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field.
Four (4)/Six (6) years of relevant work experience, with at least one year as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
Grade: XIV
