Position 1: Branch Manager III
Job Summary
Purpose: Contribute to the Bank’s sustainable growth and profitability by promoting cross-selling of products, marketing new services, acquiring and retaining customers, and enhancing customer service and operational efficiency at the branch level.
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with four (4) years (for Master’s degree holders) or six (6) years (for Bachelor’s degree holders) of relevant work experience. At least one year of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor is required.
Location: Jimma Town, Mizan-Aman, and Limu Genet Branches
Position 2: Manager, Corporate Audit
Job Summary
Purpose: Ensure that the operations within the Bank’s head office adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for assessing and maintaining the adequacy of the Bank’s internal control systems.
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with six (6) years (for Master’s degree holders) or eight (8) years (for Bachelor’s degree holders) of relevant work experience.
