Position 1: Legal Aid
- Qualifications and Experience:
- LLB in Law, Legislation, or related fields
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Job Objective:
- Protect the bank from legal challenges by managing non-loan litigation cases and representing the bank in courts and arbitration tribunals
- Location:
- Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Manager III – IFB
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience for Master’s degree holders
- Six (6) years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s degree holders
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor
- Job Objective:
- Promote sustainable growth and profitability by cross-selling products, marketing new offerings, acquiring and retaining customers, and enhancing customer service and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and rules pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
- Location:
- District Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager III
