Position 1: Receptionist

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields with no experience, or
    • Diploma/Diploma Equivalent in relevant fields with two (2) years of related experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in two or more native and international languages is an advantage.
  • Job Objective: To provide friendly and efficient information with a warm and welcoming approach to all visitors.

Position 2: Contact Center Officer – II

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with two (2) years of related work experience, including one year as Contact Center Officer – I.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna, and Somali.
  • Job Objective: To address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Position 3: Senior Enterprise Architect

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, or related fields with four (4) years of related banking experience.
  • Job Objective: To develop and manage technology-driven card banking services based on business requirements.
  • Location: Head Office

Position 4: Principal Payment System Officer

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with six (6) years of experience.
  • Job Objective: To enhance the Bank’s operational efficiency by developing and managing technology-driven card banking services based on business requirements.
  • Location: Head Office

Position 5: Senior Payment System Officer

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with three (3) years of experience.
  • Job Objective: To enhance the Bank’s operational efficiency by developing and managing technology-driven card banking services based on business requirements.
  • Location: Head Office

Position 6: Branch Manager III – IFB

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with four (4)/six (6) years of related experience; including one year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and regulations pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations.
  • Job Objective: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by promoting its products, acquiring and retaining customers, and improving customer service and operational efficiency in the branch.
  • Required Quantity: 3
  • Location: District Office in Addis Ababa

Position 7: Manager, System Administration

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with six/eight years of experience; including two years at Principal or Senior Officer level.
  • Skills:
    • Solaris OS – ZFS
    • Oracle VM – LDOM Management
    • SPARC – Oracle LINUX
    • Virtualization using EBXI & Usphere
  • Job Objective: To ensure smooth and secure daily operations by effectively designing, implementing, and managing the Bank’s Enterprise Database, Systems, and Data Center.
  • Location: Head Office
