Position: Resource Mobilization & Branch Follow-Up Officer-II-IFB
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, accompanied by two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Shari’ah law and principles concerning interest-free banking operations is mandatory.
Responsibilities entail fostering sustainable growth and profitability by effectively cross-selling the bank’s products, introducing new offerings, cultivating and retaining customer relationships, and implementing continual enhancements to elevate customer service and operational efficiency at the branch level.
