Position 1: Junior Secretary


Requirements and Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Service Management & Technology Systems or a related field, coupled with a minimum of two (2) years of pertinent experience, OR a Level IV/Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Secretary, along with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience. (Certification of Completion is obligatory.)
Job Purpose: To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office management services.

Grade: V

Place of Work: Head Office & City Branches

Position 2: Secretary


Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Service Management & Technology Systems or associated fields with two (2) years of related expertise. OR Level IV/Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Secretary with four (4) years of related work experience.

Job Purpose: To assist the smooth functioning of the work unit’s everyday activities by providing effective secretarial and office management services.

Grade: VI

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 3: Senior Digital Marketing Innovation Officer


Educational and Professional Background: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, with a preference for specialization in digital marketing or financial services marketing.
Experience: Two years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Innovation Officer or any other relevant work experience with specified competencies.

Job Purpose: To play a key role in driving digital transformation by developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies across online channels. Additionally, responsible for increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and building deeper relationships within the Ethiopian banking landscape.

Grade: XII

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 4: Senior Digital Business Innovation Officer


Education and Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of one year of practical experience as a Digital Business Innovation Officer-I or in a comparable role.
Job Purpose: To leverage digital technologies innovatively and prepare digital marketing platforms. The position is also responsible for effectively promoting digital services and products using digital marketing platforms through website analytics tools.

Grade: XIII

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 5: Senior Loan Workout Officer


Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related discipline with four (4) years of relevant experience.

Job Purpose: To reduce the bank’s problematic loans and ensure amicable settlement by developing workout strategies for problematic loans, negotiating with customers on strategies, implementing endorsed workout resolution methods, proposing write-off of hopeless loans and advances.

Grade: XII

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 6: Senior Security Risk Assessment and Prevention Officer


Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in military science or any other social science field with four (4) years of relevant experience, including one year as Security Risk Assessment and Prevention Officer I or equivalent.

Grade: XIII

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 7: Principal Facility Management Officer


Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or any other related field of study with six (6) years of relevant work experience, including one year as Senior Facilities Management Officer or equivalents, ideally in the area of facilities management.

Job Purpose: To support the bank’s day-to-day operations by coordinating and overseeing preventive and corrective repair/maintenance works, including general maintenance, office equipment maintenance, electrical maintenance, fleet management monitoring, utilities and PBX, mail service follow-up, and efficient resource and facility utilization.
