Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Engage with key stakeholders to collect, assess, and document business needs for financial technology solutions and internal applications.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive documentation, encompassing functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Collaborate closely with development teams to establish effective communication and comprehension of business requirements. Contribute to enhancing business analysis processes and methodologies, specifically focusing on financial technology projects. Key Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or a related field is required. Demonstrated experience as a Business and Requirement Analyst is essential. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior full-stack Developer with a robust background and a deep understanding of financial technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of fintech and other solutions, ensuring they exhibit high performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise in fintech, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Act as a technical mentor, guiding intermediate and junior developers in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Contribute to the overall technical architecture and design of fintech solutions, leveraging expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
