VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an establishment established in accordance with proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in both rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. Currently, VisionFund operates in five of the Regional States of the country. We are presently seeking candidates for the role of Chief Strategy, Marketing, and Transformation Officer based at our Head Office. Successful candidates will possess experience and skills that meet the following requirements:
Position: Chief Strategy, Marketing, and Transformation Officer
Job Requirements:
- MBA/MA/BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9/11 years of relevant work experience, including four years in a managerial position, preferably in MFI/Banks.
- Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team-oriented approach to enhance staff commitment to implementing the Company’s Strategic Plan efficiently.
- Demonstrated technical and managerial proficiency, sound judgment, ability to engage and collaborate effectively with others at all levels.
- Strong belief in teamwork and gender equality.
- Willingness to take accountability and a highly developed sense of integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Terms of employment: Permanent

Position: Director, Credit Service, and Portfolio Management Department
Job Requirements:

- Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team-oriented approach to enhance staff commitment to efficiently implementing the Company’s Strategic Plan.
- Demonstrated technical and managerial proficiency, sound judgment, ability to collaborate and work effectively with others at all levels.
- Strong belief in teamwork and gender equality.
- Willingness to take accountability and a highly developed sense of integrity.
