Position 1: Human Resource Management Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- 3 years of experience with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a BA Degree, including 2 years as a Training and Development Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields
- 4 years of experience, including 2 years as a Junior Human Resource Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- 6 years of experience with a Master’s Degree or 8 years with a BA Degree, including 2 years as a Senior Officer or Team Leader in Training and Development
Location: Head Office
Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is a plus
