Position 1: Branch Manager III-IFB
Job Purpose:
- Drive the bank’s sustainable growth and profitability by cross-selling products, marketing new offerings, acquiring and retaining customers, and continuously improving customer service and operational efficiency at the branch.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience, including at least one year as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking is required.
Location: Wegagen Amana Selam Branch, Dessie Town.
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer II-IFB
Job Purpose:
- Oversee all cash duties within the branch, ensure daily cash balances align with the general ledger, and serve the bank’s key customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking is required.
Location: Wegagen Amana Selam Branch, Dessie Town.
Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor II-IFB
Job Purpose:
- Supervise overall cash duties at the branch, ensure daily cash balances match the general ledger, and attend to prominent customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking is required.
Location: Wegagen Amana Selam Branch, Dessie Town.
Position 4: Branch Manager III
