JAY JAY TEXTILES PLC is part of the renowned JAY JAY group, a 50-year-old entity with manufacturing plants in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Ethiopia. Since our first factory launch in Ethiopia in 2014, we have specialized in producing infant and baby wear clothing, primarily for export to the USA. At our seven factories located within Addis Ababa’s BOLE LEMI INDUSTRIAL PARK, we conduct contract manufacturing for our Sri Lankan parent company, Addis Ventures Private Limited, which is also our primary shareholder.
Required Number: 3 Junior Planning Executives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with assigned buyers.
- Maintain and update order books and provide weekly SAH summaries.
- Generate buyer-specific versus actual production reports.
- Address daily inquiries and concerns from buyers.
- Monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) availability on production lines.
- Develop and execute weekly production plans.
- Coordinate weekly output plans for designated buyers.
- Ensure timely material delivery to plants.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Planning teams to achieve production targets and ensure smooth operations.
- Properly organize and maintain records and files.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
