Position 1: Senior Internal Control Officer
Requirements:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- 3/5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in an Auditor or Internal Control Officer role.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an added advantage.
Location: Jimma, Dessie, and Shashemene
Position 2: Senior Branch Coordination Officer
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- 3/5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role within branch operations.
Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in core banking applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
- Coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Problem-solving and internal control skills.
- Knowledge of IFB is an advantage.
Location: Jimma
Position 3: Manager, Branch Coordination Office
Requirements:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- 5/7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Officer, Team Leader, or equivalent role in branch banking.
Core Competencies:
- Problem-solving and internal control expertise.
- Excellent coordination and facilitation skills.
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Effective communication.
- Knowledge of core banking systems and IFB is advantageous.
