Position 1: Cash and Food Monitoring Coordinator
Education and Qualifications:
- MA/MSC or BA/BSc in Social Sciences such as Development Studies, Agriculture, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Professional Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in food assistance projects.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Capability to undertake field assignments and travel for extended periods in challenging conditions.
- Proficiency in computer applications is a plus.

- Strong analytical abilities.

Position 2: People and Culture Business Partner
Education and Qualifications:
- BA in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Preferred: MBA, MPM, MPA in Public Administration, or MA in Human Resources Management.
Professional Experience:
- At least five years in a human resources role with experience in talent acquisition, career planning, staff engagement, coaching and development, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Experience with an international NGO or a USAID-funded program is preferred.
- Proven ability to consult and interact with senior leaders and use networks for talent recruitment.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Training in Adult Safeguarding.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian Labor Laws.
Travel and Work Environment:
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English.
