Position 1: HR, Safeguarding, and Administration Director

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution, or a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
  • At least 12 years of relevant, progressive experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a senior leadership role within a corporate or NGO setting. This should include experience in developing and implementing strategic and operational support plans.
  • Extensive expertise in designing and implementing organizational HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven experience in managing functions within large, complex organizations.

Position 2: Cash Consortium Director

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Development, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Recommended 12 years of progressive experience, with at least 8 years in managerial roles. Experience in humanitarian settings, including significant field operations in both emergency and development programs, is required.
  • Substantial management experience in emergency response or fragile state contexts.
  • Direct experience in cash assistance programs, market analysis, and economic recovery.
