People in Need (PIN) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded on the principles of humanity, freedom, equality, and solidarity. Position 1: Market Systems Development Expert
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, TVET Development, Partnership Development, Rural Development, Business Administration, Developmental Economics, Economics, or Market System Development.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working with INGOs in Market System Development (MSD) and livelihoods projects. Preference for experience in EC-funded projects, youth, TVET, MSME engagement, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Skills: Strong background in strategic planning, reporting, communication with donors, government officials, partner NGOs, and collaboration with private sector entities. Expertise in projects focused on women and youth is preferred.
- Additional: Proficiency in the Market Systems Development approach, including skills in coaching, relationship building, business communication, and innovation.
Contract Duration: Fixed-term (until November 30, 2027)
Location: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to project sites across various regions
Salary: 44,050 ETB

Position 2: Engineer
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably within WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) or humanitarian projects.
