Lebawi International Academy is on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Clubs, Activities, and Programs Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a multifaceted role to address the varied needs of our student community by coordinating student-centered activities, supporting clubs, and promoting student development. This position demands excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for enhancing student experiences through the development of leadership and soft skills.

Position: Clubs, Activities, and Programs Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Management: Organize and oversee a range of student-focused events, ensuring effective logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
  • Program Implementation: Facilitate the execution of programs designed to engage students, encouraging participation and enriching their campus experience.
  • Club Support and Development: Serve as the primary liaison for student clubs, offering guidance and support for their activities and administrative needs. Monitor club advisors’ roles and responsibilities and assist in establishing new clubs and initiatives.
  • Student Talent Identification: Implement mechanisms to identify and nurture student talents, providing targeted advice and opportunities for the development of leadership and soft skills.
  • Documentation: Organize, analyze, and report on student participation and activities for performance assessment and evaluation.
  • Audio-Visual Documentation: Organize and archive videos and photos of events and activities.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from students and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of events and programs, implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
  • Preferred experience in event planning, program coordination, or student activities, though not mandatory.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for enhancing students’ educational experiences through extracurricular activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to uphold and enforce school policies and regulations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes and Skills:

  • Demonstrable personal talents and qualities.
  • Experience in a school setting or with student organizations is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of leadership and personal development theories and practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Suite.
