With a workforce of 500 permanent staff and 800 temporary workers across its corporate office and various business units, Horra Corporate Group is currently led by experienced professionals.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic young individual to join us as a Trainee Barista. This role provides a rich learning environment with hands-on experience.
Position: Trainee Barista
Educational Requirements:
- Level II or III in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Preparation (Culinary), or related fields.
Work Experience:
- No prior experience is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates residing in Haile Garment, Lafto, and surrounding areas will be given preference.
- A strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and process customer orders.
- Assist in the preparation of hot and cold beverages.
- Support with handling payments and cash transactions.
- Help procure necessary materials for the café.
- Assist in managing stock and maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workspace, utensils, and equipment.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager.
