Ethiopost, Ethiopia’s leading postal service provider with over 600 branches nationwide, is committed to becoming a global leader in postal services and a preferred partner in logistics, financial, and government services. As a state-owned enterprise, Ethiopost is responsible for establishing and expanding postal services across the country, fulfilling the government’s universal service obligation (USO) as the designated postal operator (DPO).

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Position 1: Camera Personnel
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional photography and videography experience.
- Expertise in using Canon Mark 4 and higher models.
Skills:
- Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and color correction techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Position 2: Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Proven track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Sales Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven success in B2B sales and meeting targets.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Position 4: Senior Business Development Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or marketing.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
