Position 1: Store Keeper
- Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a business organization.
- Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry.
- Skills Required:
- Respond to customer inquiries about policy terms, conditions, and exceptions.
- Calculate premiums based on business class and sum insured using rate charts.
- Issue underwritten policies after confirming premium settlement or payment arrangements.

Position 2: Underwriting Officer-I (3 Positions)
- Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Skills Required:
- Review and approve monthly renewal notices and follow up on renewals.
- Provide necessary claim verifications.
- Compile and update underwriting information.

Position 3: Claims Officer (2 Positions)
- Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in claims handling within the insurance industry.
- Skills Required:
- Register claim details in the claims book.
- Prepare claim notification slips for pending claims.
- Record settled claims in the claims register.

Position 4: Underwriting Officer-II (3 Positions)
- Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Skills Required:
- Address customer inquiries regarding policy terms, conditions, and exceptions.
- Calculate premiums based on business class and sum insured using rate charts.
- Issue underwritten policies after confirming premium settlement or payment arrangements.

Position 5: Senior Claims Officer
- Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in claims handling within the insurance industry.
- Skills Required:
- Ensure claims are processed in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
- Review, analyze, and report claim notifications to the Division Manager.
- Prepare payments for claims and repair costs.
- Verify certificates, invoices, court decisions, and other claim-related documents.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Senior Underwriting Officer (3 Positions)
- Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Skills Required:
- Assist in planning underwriting and branch operations.
- Conduct pre- and post-risk surveys.
- Perform market studies to explore new opportunities.
- Verify and initial documents after typing, ensuring the inclusion of endorsements, clauses, and warranties.
