Position 1: Senior Business Analyst
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with 3.5 or 5.5 years of experience in market analysis, innovation, or strategic roles within the financial sector, including at least 2 years in a relevant officer position.

Position 2: Senior IT Risk Management Officer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with 5.5 or 3.5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an IT Risk or Audit role.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Human Capital Training and Development Management Officer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field with 5.5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, including at least 2 years in an officer position.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Team Leader – Business Analysis Team
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with 5.5 or 7.5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or market analysis, including at least 2 years in a team leader role.
