Position 1. Kindergarten Main Teachers
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed. with a focus on early childhood, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience: Preferred 2-3 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or early childhood setting at a private school.
Position 2. Primary and High School Teachers
- Qualifications: Master’s degree or B.Ed. in any teaching discipline.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a private school, with a proven record of student success.
Position 3. School Science Laboratory Technician
- Qualifications: B.Ed. degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in a laboratory environment, with a thorough understanding of laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
Position 4. Pedagogy Center Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Woodwork, Steelwork, or a related field from a technical college.
- Experience: Relevant background in creating educational resources, with a preference for experience in pedagogy or curriculum development. Leadership or managerial experience is advantageous.
Position 5. Human Resource Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a human resources role, ideally within an educational setting.
Position 6. School Director
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A B.Ed. combined with substantial leadership experience may also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in educational leadership or management with a proven track record of academic success and effective school operations management.
Position 7. Division Vice Director
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A B.Ed. with significant leadership experience may be considered.
- Experience: At least 5 years in an educational leadership role, preferably in a private school. Experience as a Vice Director, Principal, or similar position is highly desirable.
