Position 1: Branch Clerk/Credit and Saving Trainee


Education/Training: BA in Accounting or related field.
Experience: No prior work experience required.
Role Purpose: Manage recording actions and maintain mortgage and saving cards at the sub-branch.
Skills: Collaborative, basic knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Shariah), eagerness to learn, and basic computer skills.

Position 2: Branch Cashier


Education/Training: BA in Accounting or related fields.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
Role Purpose: Oversee cash receipt, disbursement, and custody, along with managing property and supplies from Head Office.
Skills: Organized, independent, confident in cash handling, good communication, and basic computer skills.

Position 3: Branch Customer Service Senior Officer/Accountant


Education/Training: MBA/BA in Accounting or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years as a secretary.
Role Purpose: Manage financial activities and maintain accounting records according to institutional policies.
Skills: Knowledge of Interest Free Financing, strong planning and communication abilities, professional demeanor, and basic computer skills.

Position 4: Branch Customer Relation Officer


Education/Training: BA in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
Role Purpose: Promote savings and loans, manage customer mobilization, and oversee loan appraisals and collections.
Skills: Knowledge of Interest Free Financing, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.

Position 5: Branch Customer Relation Senior Officer


Education/Training: MBA/BA in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or vocational certificates.
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Role Purpose: Plan and coordinate department operations to meet institutional goals, manage customer relationships, and oversee loan processes.
Skills: Knowledge of Interest Free Financing, commitment to serving agricultural communities, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Position 6: Branch Manager


Education/Training: MBA/BA in Management, Accounting, Banking, Finance, or equivalent.
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Role Purpose: Oversee branch operations to achieve targets, manage credit activities, and engage new savers.
Skills: Knowledge of Interest Free Financing, effective management and communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Location: Addis Ababa or other branch locations.
