Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in banking operations as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or a similar role.
Job Purpose: Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently managing front-line customer service activities and contributing to the Branch’s resource mobilization efforts through cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Location: Dargie, Ethiopia
Position 2: Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualification: Completion of Grade 10th/12th.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Age Requirement: 18 – 35 years.
Job Purpose: Ensure the timely and secure delivery of packages, documents, and messages, while also supporting the Bank’s customer service operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Location: Janamora, Tulu Awulia, Ethiopia
Position 3: Driver – I
Qualification: Completion of 10th/12th Grade with a valid Grade 2 driving license.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of driving experience, preferably within the banking industry.
Job Purpose: Facilitate the Bank’s operations by providing safe and timely transportation for individuals, cash, and goods.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
