Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, with preference for those experienced in import and export, particularly in the coffee export sector. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MA/MBA) in Project Management from a recognized institution, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields
Experience: - For MA/MBA holders: 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or coordinator role
- For BA/BSc holders: 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or coordinator role
Required Skills: - Expertise in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail

Position 4: Export Manager – Coffee Division
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, or related fields from a recognized university/college
Experience:
- For BA holders: Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the export industry
- For MA/MBA holders: Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the export industry
Required Skills: - Oversee all export operations, including coordination with washing stations, quality control, and logistics
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international buyers, distributors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with national and international trade regulations
- Negotiate contracts to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote ALTA Agri Export’s coffee products globally
