Position 1: Customs Clearance Manager
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Congo DRC customs clearance and import/export laws.
- 5-6 years of experience in the customs clearance field.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Familiarity with ICT products is advantageous.
Position 2: Contact Center Technology Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with designing, deploying, and supporting contact center systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire and capacity to continuously learn new technologies.
Position 3: AAA Technology Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of practical experience with AAA protocols, platforms, and systems.
- Expertise in RADIUS, Diameter, and TACACS+ authentication protocols.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei AAA infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to expand knowledge of emerging AAA technologies.
Position 4: VAS Technology Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of industry experience with VAS technologies such as SMS, USSD, VMS, and CRBT.
- Hands-on experience with deploying, integrating, and supporting VAS servers.
- Knowledge of VAS protocols, integration interfaces, and network elements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new VAS solutions.
