RTI is hiring a Subawards and Finance Coordinator for the Ethiopia DRM Activity. This role involves overseeing subawards to support activity implementation and ensuring financial management and reporting comply with USAID regulations.
Position: Subawards and Finance Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple simultaneous demands.
- Demonstrated expertise in management, administration, planning, budgeting, finance, accounting, and reporting, with a focus on compliance with internal control systems.
- Experience in guiding project partners and subcontractors through the subcontracting process.
- Previous experience with USAID programs is highly desirable.
- Strong management, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail; flexibility and multitasking ability are essential.
- Proficiency in English, Amharic, and Somali (both verbal and written) is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work across various terrains and conditions in Ethiopia.
