Position 1: Grade 4 Branch Manager
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Six years of relevant post-qualification insurance experience, including two years in a supervisory role or three years as a senior officer.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Effective marketing and sales skills.
- Ability to build and manage teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
- CII Diploma is a plus.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Auditor II
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Three years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Contact Office Representative
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Four years of relevant post-qualification experience in insurance or the financial sector with a focus on marketing and related functions.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Effective marketing and sales skills.
- Team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Contact Office Representative
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Five years of relevant post-qualification insurance experience, including one year as a Senior Underwriting Officer.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Effective marketing and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Grade 3 Branch Manager
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Seven to eight years of relevant post-qualification insurance experience, including two years as a Grade 4 City Branch Manager or Grade 3 Upcountry Branch Manager.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Effective marketing and sales skills.
- Strong team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
