  1. Customer Service Officer
    • Qualifications: Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related discipline.
    • Experience: At least two years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
    • Work Locations: Addis Ababa and Bishoftu.

  2. Junior Customer Service Officer – IFB Full-Fledged Branch
    • Qualifications: Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in relevant disciplines.
    • Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee on IFB Window/Branch.
    • Work Locations: Fajr Amana Branch (Around Furi) and Fajr Quba (Around Kolfe).
