- Customer Service Officer
- Qualifications: Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least two years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa and Bishoftu.
