Background: Tsedey Bank, formerly known as the Amhara Credit and Savings Institution, has evolved from a microfinance institution to a fully licensed bank under Ethiopia’s Microfinance Act of 1989.
Position 1: Senior IFB Operation Officer
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 5 years in IFB operations, including 1 year in an officer II or equivalent position.
- Location: Head Office
Position 2: Manager, Corporate Planning And Monitoring Division – Head Office
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 7/9 years of experience, including 2/3 years in principal/senior officer roles.
- Location: Head Office
Position 3: Branch Manager-I
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a senior officer position. CSM-I certification preferred.
- Number Required: 8
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager-II
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 5/7 years of relevant experience, including 0/1 year as Grade I Branch Manager, Mgr, CSM-II, Team Leader-I, Principal/senior officer.
- Location: Addis Ababa
