Tsedey Bank, formerly known as the Amhara Credit and Savings Institution, has transitioned into a full-fledged financial institution in recent years. Established as Ethiopia’s inaugural monetary entity under the Microfinance Act of 1989, it has now obtained accreditation from the National Bank of Ethiopia.

Position 1: Audiovisual

Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Audio Visual Services, Camera Editing & Graphics, or related fields. Experience: Three to five years. Location: Head Office.

Position 2: Junior Trade Service Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. Experience: One year of relevant work experience. Location: Head Office.

Position 3: Loan Workout & Portfolio Management Officer II

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Four years of relevant work experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 4: IFB Operations Officer II

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Four years of relevant work experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 5: Remittance & Forex Officer I

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, International Business, or related fields. Experience: Three years of relevant work experience. Location: Head Office.

Position 6: Senior IFB Investment Financing Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 7: Senior IFB Customer Relationship Management Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 8: Senior IFB Operation Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 9: Senior Credit Analysis & Appraisal Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 10: Senior KYC Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 11: Senior Loan Workout & Portfolio Management Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Location: Head Office.

Position 12: Senior Credit Relationship Management Officer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Five years of relevant experience, with at least one year in an equivalent officer role. Quantity: Three. Location: Head Office.

Position 13: Manager, IFB Customer Relationship Management Division

Requirements: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Experience: Seven to nine years of relevant IFB experience, with two to three years in a principal/senior officer position. Location: Head Office.
