Transsion Manufacturing Plc was founded in July 2006 in China with the purpose of manufacturing cell phone equipment, software development, various electronic home appliances, and construction. Essentially, it is a high-tech company specializing in research and development, production, sales, and service of cell and communication products.

Position 1: Sales Promoter

Job Description:

Gather, summarize, and report data from retail and wholesale market clients.
Conduct visibility tasks in retail and wholesale markets, including client persuasion, measurement, sending requests, fixing PVC, store head coordination, wall branding, and wall painting.
Expand into new markets or increase customer base.
Collaborate with the sales team on various promotion activities.
Investigate, analyze, and report on competitor activities promptly.


Education:

Minimum of Grade 12, with TVET graduates at Levels 2, 3, & 4 in Marketing, Management, or related business fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Additional Qualifications:

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Ability to work well within a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients (wholesalers and retailers).
Self-motivated, well-organized, and disciplined.
Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: BTL Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement Below The Line (BTL) strategy and operations, including in-store activities, events, market activation, visibility work, and roadshows.
Create impactful campaigns to boost sales and enhance visibility.
Plan, execute, and promote annual marketing strategies.
Manage ground activations and promotions.
Supervise and coordinate events with the event team.
Lead project execution and ensure timely implementation and delivery.
Design and execute in-store campaign ideas.
Oversee the BTL agency’s overall activities from start to finish.
Lead and develop the BTL team.
Budget planning and reporting evaluations.
Establish a robust network of vendors/agencies for planned promotional activities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on BTL campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and enhance future BTL initiatives.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field of study.
Experience:

4 years of experience in marketing/sales positions, including at least 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role.
