Transsion Manufacturing Plc, a result of the merger between Weiguo Yu, the assembler of Tecno cellphones, and Junjie Lui, the producer of equipment, operates a manufacturing facility within the Ethio ICT Village, situated around Bole Lemi Industrial Park. Spanning 25 hectares, the factory consolidates all ICT-related brands, including Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare, and Afmobi.
Currently, the company hosts a factory for its home appliance brand, Synix, located in Alemgena city where Tecno mobiles are assembled.
Position 1: Water & Sanitary Engineer
Responsibilities:
Create, assess, revise, adjust, and authorize hygienic layout blueprints and task timetables for diverse assignments.
Investigate, devise, construct, and set up hygienic apparatus to fulfill client specifications.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary groups, such as architects, builders, and project coordinators, to ensure smooth project implementation.
Visit project sites to evaluate feasibility, detect potential challenges, and suggest suitable resolutions.
Comply with industry benchmarks, protocols, and legal requirements throughout the design and execution of hygienic systems.
Continuously supervise and assess the effectiveness of installed hygienic equipment, offering suggestions for enhancements or updates as needed.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hydraulic Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience:
No prior work experience required.
Skills Required:
Demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of both independent work and effective teamwork.
Proficiency in 3D modeling programs such as AutoCAD.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to water supply and sanitation.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Position 2: Receptionist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
Welcome and aid guests, guiding them to the relevant individual or department as needed.
Handle inquiries from the public and clients.
Maintain records of staff movements.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or degree in office management, secretarial science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Entry level, fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
