Transsion Manufacturing Plc, a company formed from the merger of Weiguo Yu (assembler of Tecno mobile phones) and Junjie Lui (accessory manufacturer), operates within the Ethio ICT Village near Bole Lemi Industrial Park. The factory spans 25 hectares and houses all its ICT-related brands, including Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare, and Afmobi. Additionally, the company’s home appliance brand, Synix, is based in Alemgena town where Tecno mobiles are assembled.
Position 1: Sales Representative
- Education/Experience:
- BA degree or Diploma/Level 4 in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in mobile/electronic sales.
- Proficient in English and the local language of the responsible area, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Position 2: Accountant
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of Ethiopian taxation laws and online reporting platforms.
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills.
- Strong familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
Position 3: Marketing Manager (IMC)
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Management.
- Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in a senior or managerial marketing role.
- Skills:
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills

- Decision-making abilities
- Interpersonal skills

Position 4: Assistant HR Manager
- Qualification:
- BA Degree in Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Position 5: Repairman (General Service)
- Education:
- College Diploma or Level 2, 3, or 4 in maintenance service, electricity, or plumbing.
- Experience:
- Over 10 years in maintenance and repair.
- Language:
- Proficient in English.
