Position1 : Retail Sales Territory Manager

Total Energies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Retail Sales Territory Manager.

Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales Territory Manager, your primary responsibility is overseeing and supporting a portfolio of service stations and their dealers. This involves implementing Total Energies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. policies, guidelines, and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) and Sustainable Development policies across all stations by conducting risk assessments, providing training and tools, and reporting any deviations. Aligned with the Retail Strategy, you will work towards creating sustainable value and sales strategy by boosting the volume, turnover rate, net present value (NPV), and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of various products including White Product (WP), Lubricant, Shops Foods & Services (SFS), and others.

Job Requirements: Educational background:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
  • Training in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Valid driving license.
