Position 1: Network Sales Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on sales performance to enhance profitability through data insights.
- Generate and distribute daily sales reports for the marketing departments.
- Conduct monthly assessments of the Network Contribution Account (NCA) for global networks, individual stations, and business models.
- Examine sales volume and product margins by channel and segment, and monitor performance.
- Update and refine the fuel and lubricants management dashboard, providing analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and communicate reports on non-fuel revenue.
- Analyze industry sales, profitability, and market conditions, and present findings.
- Prepare monthly Business Performance Review presentations and conduct monthly lubricant market price analyses.
- Maintain records and analyze monthly service station KPIs, generating a quarterly summary report of performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, Word) and SAP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret information effectively, with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
- Capable of working under pressure and independently.
Position 2: Aviation Crew Man
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient refueling of aircraft using refueling equipment.
- Operate refueling equipment according to established procedures.
- Determine fuel quantities, verify quality, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare delivery documents and confirm transactions.
- Maintain fueling equipment in good condition, performing regular inspections and reporting issues for further action.
- Handle fuel operations in depots and airports, adhering to strict safety regulations and protocols.
Education: Diploma from a recognized college or technical school in Automotive or General Mechanics.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in aviation operations.
- Valid 5th grade driving license or tanker driver qualification category 2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
