Position 1: Gynecologist/Obstetrician (GYN/OBS)

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with a specialization in Gynecology
- Valid medical license in Ethiopia

Position 2: Compensation & Benefits Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and administration of compensation programs
- Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness
- Support payroll preparation and manage employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws concerning working conditions, hours, and wages
- Maintain timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits
- Evaluate and recommend salary policies, benefits programs, incentives, and other compensation plans
- Advise managers on salary treatments and benefits programs
- Ensure adherence to compensation laws and regulations
- Maintain and issue required records and reports
- Ensure proper implementation of agreements across various sites

Position 3: ICT Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and refurbish IT hardware, including servers and computers
- Perform secure physical and software data destruction
- Manage server operations and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with e-waste teams for recycling and disposal
- Provide ICT training to staff on productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Skype, WebEx, etc.
- Offer Service Desk support for troubleshooting user issues

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in hardware refurbishment, data destruction, and server management

Position 4: Assistant Professor of Gynecology/Obstetrics
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care according to hospital protocols and FMHACA standards
- Conduct patient rounds regularly
- Ensure proper medication administration and infection control
- Record and collect patient information and vital signs
- Assist with patient examinations, therapies, and educate patients on home care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate and plan patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient activities
- Ensure surgical patients are properly evaluated and informed
Working Conditions:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Gynecology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
