Position 1: Principal Trainer

Qualifications: MBA/MA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Mandatory experience as a trainer, with proof required. Advantageous experience in areas such as Customer Accounts Operations, Loan Processing/Credit Management, Customer Relationship Management, Interest-Free Banking, Core Banking System Operations, Digital Banking, Trade Services, and Operational Compliance.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, following a probation period.

Salary: Competitive, as per the bank’s scale.

Job Grade: XIV

Workplace: Head Office

Position 2: Senior Trainer

Qualifications: MBA/MA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. At least 6 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Mandatory experience as a trainer, with proof required. Advantageous experience in similar areas as listed above.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, following a probation period.

Job Grade: XIII

Workplace: Head Office

Position 3: Trainer

Qualifications: MBA/MA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. At least 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Mandatory experience as a trainer, with proof required. Advantageous experience in similar areas as listed above.

Position 4: Junior Software Engineer

Qualifications: MSc/BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Science with 1 year of experience as an IT Trainee or similar role.

Position 5: Treasury, Fund, and Investment Officer

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. 3-4 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a junior General Accounts & Reconciliation Officer, junior Payment & Settlement Officer, or similar role.

Position 6: Senior Credit Information Officer II

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. 5-6 years of relevant general work experience, including 2 years as SCRO, CRM, ICRM, CSM-I, Operation Manager-II, Senior Banking Operation Officer-I, or similar role in the banking industry.

Position  7: Credit Information Officer
