Position 1: Branch Manager /External – Three Positions

Job Purpose:

Lead and coordinate the marketing activities of all department employees, contributing to the sustainable and profitable growth of the Bank. Enhance branch operation efficiency and resource utilization by improving customer satisfaction, retention, and attraction through excellent customer service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate overall branch activities.
Identify and recruit potential clients, providing professional advice.
Motivate and coach staff.
Develop and implement service delivery plans for optimal excellence and customer experience.
Coordinate marketing efforts and ensure adherence to the bank’s brand standards.
Manage customer service levels to meet expectations.
Check and sign the daily cash book with the customer service manager.
Measure branch staff’s operational performance periodically and assist in developing customer relationships.
Rectify discrepancies and address feedback reported by internal auditors promptly.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, Economics, or other business-related fields.
5 years’ experience in banking industries.
Full professional qualifications are desirable.
Specialist experience in the banking sector will be advantageous.
Language Requirements:

Local language (mandatory), English, Somali, and Amharic.
Proficient communication skills in English, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.

Knowledge of the location context is a bonus.

Location: Kabridahar, Filtu, & Kabribayah, Somali

Position 2: Branch Manager /External
