Position: IT Assistant
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT, IT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic programming and networking concepts.
Experience:
- Skilled in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software components.
- Proficient in effectively monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to system administration and ongoing maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software-related issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and upkeep computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with system administration tasks and conduct maintenance activities.
